A Comprehensive Women’s Addiction Treatment Center

At The Willows at Red Oak Recovery®, we understand that men and women develop mental and behavioral health disorders for unique reasons. Some of the reasons include:

  • Differing societal expectations
  • Co-occurring disorders that accompany addiction
  • Biological dependence factors
  • Unique relapse triggers

In order to promote lasting healing, our women’s rehab programs address all of these unique needs. Additionally, our women’s only program eliminates potential distractions by not offering co-ed treatment. While surrounded by peers, clients can recover in an environment that promotes safe, open and honest communication.

Trauma-Informed Care

Many women who seek our help have unresolved trauma that can lead to anxiety, depression or other mental health concerns. When daily living becomes difficult, some will use drugs, alcohol or other self-medicating behaviors to manage or numb the pain. In order to have a chance at sustainable recovery, qualified clinicians must help them address the underlying issues that fuel the addiction. By effectively integrating trauma treatment during the rehabilitation experience, therapists can give women the tools they need to live fulfilling post-treatment lives.
